Where the product is
Built, live, and verified end to end: repository in, signed Release Readiness certificate out, with a public verification page anyone can check. Currently invite-only ahead of public launch, with pricing deliberately unreleased. Bootstrapped to this point inside Belton IT Nexus, an established New Zealand managed-services and cyber-security company.
Go-to-market
Three motions. Self-serve: a free tier at public launch, where every shared certificate carries a public verify link that markets the platform to the exact people who need it next. Design partners: a founding cohort of seed clients recruited from the waitlist, shaping the product against real diligence work. Channel: distribution through Belton's existing client base and the investor networks the product serves.
The round
Equity, at seed stage, to fund go-to-market: launch, the design-partner cohort, and the first sales hires. We are deliberately talking to a small number of investors rather than running a broad process.
Who we want at the table
Experienced funds and operators only. The ideal partner has B2B SaaS or developer-tools experience, sits close to the buyers of diligence (VC, PE, M&A), and is hands-on. For this product, the right investor is also its distribution: your network is the customer. Passive capital without engagement is not a fit at this stage.
Round terms, financials, and the data room are discussed directly with qualified investors, not published here. The product's own methodology applies to us too: claims on this site are limited to what is built and verifiable.
